About

This is the short(er) version:

I was born in 1989.

I did a lot of this,

and a bit of this,

before enrolling in a college in New England in 2007.

I started this blog in July 2009 when I began my year of study abroad in Chile.

I then studied in Jordan from January 2010 until July 2010.

I graduated in 2011 and took off for Jordan on June 1st. One day, ensha'allah, I will get a job. One day, I will speak good Arabic. One day, I will apply to grad school. In the meantime, I'm enjoying my time in the Middle East, volunteering with a small NGO, and exercising amateur skills in a few hobbies. I always welcome emails at crossingvictoriastreet [at] gmail [dot] com.
